Yes, we specialize in building custom carriage houses. These detached suites are an excellent way to maximize your property’s value, create a private space for extended family, or generate rental income. We can handle the entire process, from navigating local zoning and permits to the final high-quality finishes.

We are a fully custom builder. You are not limited to “cookie-cutter” plans. We work closely with you and our design partners to tailor every aspect of the home to your lifestyle, from the floor plan layout to the specific materials and fixtures. Your vision drives the construction process.

While timelines vary based on the size and complexity of the design, a standard custom home build typically takes between 6 to 8 months from the time we break ground. We provide a detailed project schedule during the planning phase and keep you updated weekly to ensure we stay on track and within the agreed timeframe.
