We can handle the entire process, from navigating local zoning and permits to the final high-quality finishes.

We are a fully custom builder. You are not limited to “cookie-cutter” plans. We work closely with you and our design partners to tailor every aspect of the home to your lifestyle, from the floor plan layout to the specific materials and fixtures. Your vision drives the construction process.

While timelines vary based on the size and complexity of the design, a standard custom home build typically takes between 6 to 8 months from the time we break ground. We provide a detailed project schedule during the planning phase and keep you updated weekly to ensure we stay on track and within the agreed timeframe.

Yes — we take care of the entire process. We will submit the permit application on your behalf and manage all communication with the city or municipality, including scheduling and coordinating any required inspections.

All new homes in BC – including yours – are covered by a comprehensive 2-5-10 home warranty backed by insurance through National Home Warranty. Beyond that, we stand behind our work. If any issues come up after completion, give us a call – we’re committed to making it right.
